2016 is moving quickly and our Annual Neighborhood Association dues are payable at this time. Please fill out your Directory Card and submit with payment to 840 Brookfield Parkway by April 1st. As stated in the paragraph below we are hoping that every homeowner will pay their dues in order to keep our neighborhood up to par and looking its best!
Old Man Winter will be leaving us soon and Spring will be on its way in. We hope everyone one will begin to get ready for Augusta's most beautiful time of year as we prepare for the Masters Tournament!
** Thank you to everyone that came out to the Fall Festival, a great time was had by all! For those of you that did not attend, everyone one should have a copy of the directory delivered to their house by now. If for some reason you did not, or if you received a damaged copy, please contact the Vice President to receive another. **
Why should you attend our neighborhood association meetings?
It is very important as a homeowner to attend our association meetings. It is the best way for you to stay abreast of any changes that may be occurring in our neighborhood. During these meetings homeowners are encouraged to discuss any issues, concerns, or questions about the neighborhood. Attending theses meetings can also bring us together as a community through friendship.
Why should you pay your Neighborhood Association Dues?
The Neighborhood association can’t stress enough how important it is to pay your $50 association dues. This money is used to pay for the lights at each entrance of the neighborhood, landscaping at the entrances, and other discretionary items needed by the board for signage, print materials, and so forth. A $50 annual fee is needed from every homeowner.
Please drop off a check written to Brookfield Association for $50 along with the mailed form to 840 Brookfield Parkway in the slotted mailbox. THANK YOU!
